Thousands of people have rallied in Ethiopia’s capital to show their support for federal troops fighting in the northern region of Tigray. Speakers called on Ethiopians to be unified against rebels in Tigray. TPLF lays out conditions for truce talks with Ethiopian gov’t [Video]

Tigrayan forces say they are ready for ceasefire talks with Ethiopia’s federal government as long as certain conditions are met. Ethiopia withdraws forces from Tigray to focus on threats to dam [Video]

The second filling of the project dam is due to be completed this month but talks to reach an agreement with Sudan and Egypt have failed to produce results.
